Coaching Costs

Coaching can be face to face or over the phone. Phone coaching works because it allows the coach and the client to really focus on what is being said, really listen and speak without any outside interruptions coming into play.

Face to face (Monday to Friday between 9am & 3pm)

Over the phone (Monday to Friday between 9am & 3pm and after 7pm on request)

Sessions normally last an hour.

First Consultation Free without obligation, over the phone (normally lasts around 50 minutes)

My standard fee is £24 per session.  Every Session lasts for around an hour.

Each session comes with a certain level of other support as well, email, messenger and text can all be employed to give a stronger coaching experience and help to keep you focused on your goals. Some clients find that an appointment over the phone every fortnight and email communication in between helps them achieve more in between each coaching call and makes the process more productive. Whatever your needs, coaching can be tailored to suit you in many ways from start to finish. All coaching is fully confidential.

I generally recommend a minimum of six sessions. This provides enough commitment from you and enough time to make some real changes that will be worth a whole lot more than the cost by the time you have completed the final session.

Payment is to be made in full before the session begins.

There are several payment options.  You can choose whichever you prefer:

One session paid in advance £24
Limited email support

Block of 3 sessions paid in advance £65 (works out at just under £22/session)
Limited email/text/messenger support

Block of 6 sessions paid in advance £120 (works out at £20/session)
As much text/email/messenger support as is needed to get you on track
